Blossom Interactive LLC
Terms of Service
Effective September 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of ResumeVine, provided by Blossom Interactive LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law if higher, and able to enter into these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content and permitted use
You retain ownership of the content you provide and the rights you have in it. You grant us a limited right to host, process, display and transmit that content only to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload any information you submit, including information about other people. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, submit false qualifications, attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or misuse automation or payment systems.
AI output and professional decisions
ResumeVine uses AI to extract, rewrite and suggest content. Results can be wrong, incomplete, biased or similar to other output. You must verify every date, credential, claim and job requirement before using or sharing a document. Scores and suggestions are informational estimates, not guarantees of interview, employment, hiring-system compatibility or legal compliance. We are not a recruiter, employer, legal adviser or career-placement agency.
Plans, payments and cancellation
You can build and preview for free with a watermark. Paid access enables watermark-free downloads while your plan is active. Prices shown at checkout are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. The monthly plan renews until canceled; cancel through the billing portal in your account, and access generally continues through the paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period; access generally continues through that period. The 3-month pass is one payment for 90 days and does not auto-renew. Lifetime means access for the life of the ResumeVine service, not the lifetime of a person or an unconditional promise that the service will operate forever. Taxes, if any, and final charges are shown at checkout. Payment processing and billing are provided by Stripe. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction with AI output, except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or approved by us in our discretion. This does not affect your rights concerning unauthorized charges, billing errors, or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue features, templates and the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, security risks or legal requirements. If we make a material change affecting a paid plan, we will provide notice or a remedy when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Account; deleting an account does not itself create a refund entitlement.
Intellectual property
Our software, branding, templates and service design belong to Blossom Interactive LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may use and share documents you create, subject to rights in any material you supplied. These terms do not transfer ownership of our software or branding.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability or error-free output. You use AI-generated documents at your own risk and remain responsible for reviewing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blossom Interactive LLC and its owners, employees and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data arising from the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, but do not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Individual disputes and class action waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Blossom Interactive LLC agree that disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service will be brought only in each party’s individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, representative or private attorney general action. Neither party may seek to combine individual claims into such an action. This waiver does not prevent you from reporting concerns to a government agency or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a court finds this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy may proceed only to the extent required by law; the rest of these terms remain in effect.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where another law must apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any lawsuit arising from or relating to these terms or the service must be filed exclusively in the state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or, if federal jurisdiction applies, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida with venue in its division serving Pinellas County. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waives objections to venue there, except where applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits your right to file a complaint with a regulator or to seek relief in a court where mandatory law requires it.
Updates and questions
We may revise these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version. When required, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where lawful. For questions, use the service’s published business contact information when available.
